Kobi Korean BBQ Restaurant

Really tasty Korean bbq. Went there for Valentine’s Day dinner, place was very busy. Food is very good here and to make it yourself on little bbq is definitely fun. Interior may need some updates, but overall experience was very pleasant. Good, service, atmosphere. Will definitely come here again.

Kobi was a great experience with ample parking and seating. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with accessible washrooms as well. The interior is spacious with many seating options and long benches allowing for four adults comfortably and more if needed. However, parts of the restaurant look very run down and under construction, possibly left over from unfinished renovations? However, the menu is focused and delicious. The cits of meat are excellent and the table grill is easy to use. There is also lots of space on the table for all the side dishes so you don't feel too cramped. The fan overhead removea smoke and food smells very well. Great lunch experience as it wasn't too busy and it was nice to have a quiet conversation with our party.

I didn't expect highly but the food is better than expected. The price seems a little bit high at first but turns out to be reasonable because the portion is huge, especially the cheese dakgalbi and cold noodle. All the dishes are well-seasoned and complement each other well. They serve very quickly and diligently. A budget-friendly and authentic k-restaurant for all.

From the moment I walked in, this Korean BBQ spot made me feel welcome. The vibe was warm, the space inviting, and the energy just right — like stepping into a hidden gem. Let me start with the heart of my experience: my server, Lavi. She was an absolute light — so kind, attentive, and genuinely pure in spirit. Her service was the true definition of hospitality done right. I can’t thank her enough for making me feel so cared for on my little solo date. Now, the food... unreal. I ordered the beef rib soup (for the second time!) and it was every bit as amazing as I remembered. It came with a vibrant variety of side dishes that complemented the soup perfectly. Every bite lit up my taste buds and brought joy to my soul and belly. I’m craving it as I write this. And the service? Impeccable. I dropped my chopsticks and didn’t say a thing — within seconds, I was handed a fresh pair by what I think was the head cook. That moment told me everything I needed to know: they see their guests and they care. 10/10 across the board. Even the washrooms were spotless — a small detail, but it shows the pride they take in every aspect of the guest experience. My only regret? I didn’t come hungrier to really dive into everything they offer. But don’t worry — I’ll be back, and next time I’m bringing a friend to experience it with me. Lavi, thank you for being so lovely. This place is special, and your warmth made it even more unforgettable. To anyone reading this: Go. Just go. You’ll thank yourself later.

Parking spots are available and free. We went there at dinner time and we were the only customers at the restaurant so we got the servers all for ourselves. They also provided bell on the table so anytime you need help, you can push the button and they will be ready to help you. We ordered 2 portions of thin pork belly, 1 portion of thick pork belly, and 1 portion of marinated beef ribs. Everything was delicious. We bbq them ourselves on the table. The kids were loving it so we parents just supervised and ate. Haha. Win-Win We also ordered gyoza, the beef one. It was okay. The lettuces and bancan are free flow. Along with the bbq items, we also steamed egg and soybean soup for free. Though free, they were so yummy. The egg was fluffy and the soup was so heartwarming. Cannot imagine having the bbq without that soup. All in all we paid almost 150 for the 5 of us. It was a very pleasant experience for me since my middle kid does not eat protein that much but he loved the bbq. So, happy dad.

So glad we gave this KBBQ restaurant a shot because we will definitely be coming back! This restaurant deserves a much higher rating! The meat was so well seasoned and delicious. We ordered the marinated beef ribs and pork. All the side dishes were so tasty and so fresh! Service was great, efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend to people who want quality Korean BBQ food.

We were searching for Korean bbq to kill some time before we fly back home. Found this place and what a find! Do not judge this place on how it looks. It was the best food ever in a very rustic setting. We had a great experience with wonderful customer service. Two thumbs up!

Kobi beatifilly modified with new menu with Korean BBQ, it is Korean Sotbap with various kinds of flavour. Sotbap is very popular in Korea, Kobi is the first restaurant who introduce it. It is better quality than in Korea, very delicious and pretty affortable. I tried Spicy Eggplant Sotbap, a lot of flavour with perfect Korean sauce. Excellent pairing with existing Korea BBQ menu. Congratulations, great work!!!
